Michael O’Brien Doran is a cinematographer born in Bristol, now based in London. His work spans across short film, documentary and commercial projects. With experience collaborating with international artists such as Ai Weiwei and Olala Slawn and art galleries such as Carpenters Workshop Gallery, he honed his craft in visual storytelling. More recently, he lensed Fortune Favours the Fantabulous, a short film nominated for the BAFTA-qualifying, LGBTQ+ film festival, Iris Prize. This short also received nominations at the Royal Television Society student awards and the National Film Festival for Talented Youth in the United States.
